Social Welfare Department

The Social Welfare Department promotes the well-being of individuals and families, with emphasis on vulnerable groups including children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities. We implement social protection interventions, provide counseling, and coordinate community-based support services. Our mission is to strengthen social support systems and ensure access to essential services through case management, referrals, outreach, and psychosocial support.
