We provide policy guidance, coordinate capacity building, and manage performance systems that foster accountability, productivity, and staff well-being. Our mission is to support all units with talent acquisition, workforce planning, staff development, and performance management, ensuring fair and transparent HR processes and compliance with all labor laws and public service regulations.
